Major international bank located in midtown Manhattan seeks a Fixed Income Securities Clerk to work in fast paced back office department.

Duties

• Process, confirm, reconcile and settle all of our Investment Products including CDs, Commercial Paper, ABS, MBS and other fixed income securities.
• Investigate and resolve all issues related to our Products.
• Maintain Investment portfolios.
• Liaison with the Trading Room and customers for all issues related to Investments.
• Monitor portfolio in all Custodial Correspondent Banks.

• Minimum of 3 years related back office experience with knowledge of processing, confirmation, reconciliation and settlement of the following: Fixed Income (fixed/floating rate); Certificate of Deposit; Commercial Paper; Assets Back Securities; Mortgage Back Securities; Collateral Mortgage Securities.
• Knowledge of OPICS, Sendero, Bondedge, SWIFT and Bloomberg is a plus.
• Must be proficient is MS Office.
• Candidate must have a high school diploma, college/financial education a plus.
