Coordinate the launch of special purpose vehicles including: drafting of initial resolutions and offering memorandum, liaising with Investment Manager, review and execution of various agreements, opening of bank and prime brokerage accounts, and coordinating initial subscriptions.

Duties

• Complete account forms and documentation for entrance into particular emerging markets for fund money managers.
• Fulfill various requests from fund administrators and third-parties regarding AML and KYC policies and requirements.
• Complete and submit quarterly reports for registered funds.
• Assist fund administrator in the launching of multi-manager and single-manager funds.
• Draft resolutions as requested.
• Maintain list of foreign account signatories and complete necessary tax filings.
• Complete new issues questionnaires for the funds.
• Assist in resolution of requests for trade exceptions.
• Work on special projects such as the transfer and or re-registration of assets from closed accounts.
• Oversee the maintenance of fund bibles and other fund documentation.
• Act as securities administrator for special fund
• Review subscription documents for U.S. private placements.
• Open prime brokerage, bank, and custody accounts.

Requirements / Qualifications

• College degree along with 2-3 years Fund Administration experience preferably in Hedge Funds is ideal.
• Candidate should have a solid understanding of the Structure of Funds.
• Hedge Fund Administration experience strongly desired.
