Operations Analyst sought to assist with the increasing operational demands of a growing fund of funds asset management firm with over $20 billion in assets. Operations Analyst will report directly to the firm's Senior Operations Analyst.

Duties

• Responsible for trade processing which includes collecting, reviewing and coding of data
• Perform trade corrections and conduct research
• Ensure registers are in line with transfer agents
• Assist with fee calculations and fee payments
• Provide operational support
• Liaise with offshore fund administrators, outside service providers, third parties, sales and marketing
• Provide general administrative support

• College graduate with 6 months to 2 years operational experience at an investment firm, preferably a hedge fund.
• Business degree in accounting or finance
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• A self-starter who is able to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to think clearly
• Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel.
