financial institution seeks a bilingual Japanese Vice President of Administration
for New York City
Supervise overall management
of Accounts Payable and Budget spending during the fiscal term. Review,
approve, sign for payment, review budget proposals and various reports
to Head Office.
Management of acquisition/disposal
of fixed assets, major repairs and major projects (layout change, sale
of company houses, etc) for office premises and company owned housing.
Response for overall management
of Facilities Group including overseeing major projects such as relocation,
construction, etc. as well as their daily activities.
Responsible for overall management
of all expatriate related matters (rental housing, furniture, salary, fringe
benefits, visa, etc.) Respond to inquiries from H/O, USAO, inspectors
(H/O, Fed, NYS) and tax authorities.
Maintain and update Business
Insurance coverage including Financial Institution Bond. Review and
negotiate coverage at renewal and make claims. Responsible for various
administrative matters of New York Branch (i.e., Emergency Preparedness
related matters, etc.)
4 year degree in Business Administration
or equivalent work experience
Ten or more years general affairs
Strong PC skills.
Highly proficient in MS Excel
Good written and oral communication
skills in both Japanese and English.
