Summary Full service Financial Institution with emphasis on Commercial and Residential Mortgage Banking seeks a Vice President of Bank Branch Operations for their New York Metropolitan Branch Operations. This position reports directly to the Executive Vice President who is the highest ranking banking officer in New York. 
Responsibilities This banking executive will direct all New York operations for multiple branch locations within the New York Metropolitan area and manage expansion plans for additional branch locations in the future. 

This banking executive will be responsible for establishing a sound "Operations Management Program" and applying proven "Best Practices" to assure the continued success and performance of the firm.

A staff of 75 employees will report to this executive in 3 different locations with current plans for 250 employees due to branch expansion which this executive will be directly involved with.  The funding for the branch expansion process is backed by $10,000,000,000.00 in assets.

Compliance, Accounting, Strategic Planning, Analysis, Staff and Branch Platform Operations will all report into this senior banking executive.

This job is for a growth oriented banker who is seeking rapid career and financial advancement.
 
Skills Required
  • Must be a leader, with vision and strong strategic planning capacity. 
  • Individual must have a minimum of five (5) years demonstrated management and leadership experience in a related banking environment.
  • Full comprehension of mortgage banking and branch operations.
  • Fully versed to assist with IT Solutions, Audit, Compliance, Accounting and Branch Operations matters.
  • This position requires some travel. 
  • This executive should enjoy interfacing with Chairman, President and Executive Vice President with regard to strategic initiatives.
  • The ability to enhance the Bank's business and community standing through "best practices" , sound "management philosophy" and related "performance objectives".
