| What are the costs associated with utilizing Filcro Financial Staffing? | |||||
| Domestic:
Fees range from 25% to 30% of the first year cash remuneration and are
based the the status of the position and logistics required to administer
and complete the search. Searches below $200,000 U.S. require only
the first third with balance paid after the candidate has been identified
and starts. Searches above $200,000 U.S. are treated as all other
retained searches.
International: Fees range from 28% to 33% of the first year cash remuneration and are based on the status of the position and logistics required to administer and complete the search. All searches are conducted on a retained basis. |

| Are employees hired and recruited guaranteed? | |||||
| Yes. Filcro Financial Staffing guarantees 100% of the work completed. If a candidate should leave the position based on performance or for any reason aside from employer layoffs or negligence during the guarantee period, we will replace that employee with a similarly compensated employee free of any professional fees. | |||||
